Russia previously wanted Joe Biden to win the U.S. presidential election but now it supports Kamala Harris over Donald Trump, President Vladimir Putin said on September 5.Before Biden withdrew from the race, Putin had said earlier this year that he preferred him over Trump because Biden was a more predictable "old school" politician.
