President Donald Trump joined in the signing of a peace agreement between Cambodia and Thailand during a summit of Southeast Asian nations in Malaysia on Sunday.Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet and Thai Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul, alongside Trump and Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim, signed the accord during an on-stage ceremony in front of a backdrop displaying the seal of the United States and the phrase “delivering peace.”Border tensions between the two countries exploded into a five-day conflict in July that left dozens of civilians dead and displaced hundreds of thousands of people.Trump has taken credit for resolving the conflict.
